Eligible for Return:
- Unused items in original, undamaged packaging
- With order number as proof of purchase
Not Returnable:
- Mowers that have been fueled, oiled, or operated
- Assembled riding mowers (unless defective)
- Final sale / clearance items
- Gift cards
- Blades, spark plugs, and other installed parts
How to Return
- Email contact@92aura.com with your order number and reason
- Receive return instructions within 24–48 hours
- Repack securely — original packaging required
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Freight items may incur significant return freight fees $0.
Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Damaged on Arrival? Contact us within 48 hours with photos.
For freight deliveries, note damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
Defective Unit? Most issues are covered by the manufacturer warranty.
